When a newcomer joins the Academy, we offer them a personalized training plan and a development path based on their existing knowledge and skills. By embarking on this journey, our members are not only able to pick up a horde of different presentation techniques, but they can also experience the synergy of the system. This systematic thinking paired with the acquired practical experience is the basis of a trainer’s career.  

By joining the Academy, one cannot only master the art of presentations, but also become a member of an international, cohesive and inspiring community. This community encourages everyone to actively participate in various organizational events and projects, which all contribute to the NUP-experience in different ways . 

The Academy actively works together with the Partnership on multiple levels. Our senior trainers frequently share their knowledge and experience during internal courses held for the younger NUP generations. By successfully completing the development course, Academy members will be welcomed to the group of trainers where they will get a chance to put their skills to the test  outside the walls of the university.
